National Partnership Agreement "Towards 2016"The publication of "Towards 2016" marks the completion of the National Social Partnership negotiations. It is the first in a series of national social inclusion processes that will culminate this year with the publication of the National Report on Strategies for Social Protection and Social Inclusion, the next NAP/inclusion 2006 - 2008 and the National Development Plan 2007 - 2013.
