As part of these seminars workshops on the following themes were held:

These workshops explored the above Policy themes as they impact on the various vulnerable groups identified in the National Action Plan against Poverty and Social Exclusion 2003 -2005, which are

Women, Children and young people, Older People, People with Disabilities, Travellers, Prisioners and ex-prisioners, and areas of Urban poverty and rural disadvantage. Also listed as "Areas of special attention"

are Gender and Migrants and Ethnic Minorities
